Furniture Category Entry Form

Entry fee is £30 (incl VAT) per project. Only one project (piece or ensemble) can be entered per form. There is no limit to the number of pieces you may enter.

If shortlisted the judges may call for your project to be delivered to The Carpenters’ Hall for final judging in early September 2008. The Wood Awards will liaise with shortlisted entrants regarding the delivery, return and insurance of entry. Please note, associated costs are to be met by the entrant.

Please list ALL appropriate companies of the project team. Complete as many of the boxes below as relevant for the project.

Please upload a minimum of 3 photos. ALL photos must be a resolution of 300 dpi or higher, if you cannot supply digital images please click here. Supplied digital photos may be used in connection with The Wood Awards for additional publicity. The image file name should state the project name and photographer or company to be credited for example: Formby Pool, Lancashire, Fielden Clegg Bradley Architects.jpg. I confirm there are no restrictions on entering The Wood Awards on the part of the furniture owner, client or any other party named in this entry, or any fees payable on the use of publicity of photographs and drawings used in connection with the Awards.
