Jim has been with Hopkins Architects since 1987, where his early work includes the Schlumberger Cambridge Research Centre; the Queen’s Building, Emmanuel College; the Dynamic Earth Centre in Edinburgh; a new livery hall for the Haberdashers’ in West Smithfield; and the Apex auditorium for Bury St Edmunds.
He is currently directing the completion of the Peninsula London Hotel, working on the South Molton Triangle project with the Grosvenor Estate, and overseeing a number of projects for Eton College.
Jim has been a Wood Awards judge for twenty years.
